The 21st Annual Russian Summer ball was held on the 11th June in one of the most prestigious venues of London LANCASTER HOUSE. It is close to St. James’s Palace and much of the site was once part of the palace complex.

DANCE PRACTICE

Russian Summer Ball.Professional dance teachers will refresh your skills in Viennese waltz and Polka while you enjoy refreshments
and wine.

1st Dance practice – Wednesday 25th May
2nd Dance practice – Monday 6th June
3rd Dance practice – Thursday 9th June

Lessons will take place from 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.
Practice price £15 per person covers dance lessons and refreshments.

MARIA SASCHA KHAN

Maria Sacha British/American ballerina Maria Sascha Khan is a First Soloist of the Ekaterinburg State Ballet Theatre, under the direction of former Royal Ballet principle Slava Samodurov. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Artist Award, a Mentor for Youth Arts in Action and a Gaynor Minden Artist.

Graduate of the Academie de Danse Classique de Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo, she was one of the last artists to be taught and personally mentored by Marika Besobrasova. After graduating from the Academie with top marks and full scholarship, Maria Sascha was taken,age 18, by Vladimir Malakhov into the Staatsballett Berlin. She then went on to also dance with the Bayerisches Staatsballett in Munich. She has performed on the stages of the world including Europe, Brazil, Cuba, USA, Russia, United Kingdom, China, and has worked with the top choreographers and artists of our time. Such as Polina Semionova, Vladimir Malakhov, Russell Maliphant, Ivan Vasiliev, John Neumeier, Nacho Duato, Angelin Prejlocaj and Svetlana Zakharova. She is also an ambassador for the London based charity Save Wild Tigers, and a member of the CID, UNESCO.

LONDON SPORT ACADEMY

As a high performance coach, she has trained and shaped one absolute Champion of England, one Silver and Two Gold medalists in British Championship. For the 5 years gymnasts from london sport academy won more than 2.000 medals on national and international competitions.
